Motion Tree analyzes two structures of the identical proteins, and detects rigid bodies. The results are represented by the tree form, and thus Motion Tree illustrates protein structural change in a hierarchical manner. Users can observe protein motions in the multiple-resolutional way, changing the threshold of rigid-body definition controlled by the elevator-button at the bottom of the page. The rigid-bodies are shown in the different colors.
